1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store neatbag.com, operated by Redro GmbH under the brand NEATBAG.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Deviating conditions of the customer are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Products & Preorders

Our products may be offered as regular items or as preorders. If a product is offered as a preorder, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and/or during checkout.

Preorder delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to production, logistics, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed in the store are final prices for the selected region and currency, excluding any potential import duties, customs fees or taxes for international shipments, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is carried out in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery policy. Estimated delivery times are non-binding.

For shipments outside Switzerland, the customer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees and carrier handling charges incurred in the destination country.

6. Transfer of Risk

The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Only unused and unopened products may be returned within the specified return period. Opened or used items are excluded from returns.

8. Customer Obligations

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details may be charged to the customer.

9. Liability

NEATBAG is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages and loss of profit is excluded.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Minor deviations in color, material or appearance that are customary in trade do not constitute defects.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, graphics and logos, is the property of NEATBAG or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

12. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict of law provisions.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Redro GmbH, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

15. Amendments

NEATBAG reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of order shall apply.
