Returns & Refunds

 

We want to keep our processes transparent and fair while ensuring hygiene and product quality for all customers.

Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in hygienically perfect condition.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within this period.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is hygienically perfect
  • No signs of wear, odor, dirt or damage
  • All labels and original packaging are intact

Opened, used or hygienically compromised items are not eligible for return.


Non-Eligible Returns & Unauthorised Returns

If an item is returned that does not meet the return conditions (e.g. used, opened, worn, dirty, odorous or without original labels):

  • No refund will be issued
  • The customer must contact us to arrange return of the item
  • A handling and administrative fee of 20 EUR will apply
  • The customer must additionally cover the return shipping costs

After a payment request has been issued, the item will be stored for 30 days.

If payment is not received within this period, the item will be disposed of. No further claims can be made.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer, regardless of the reason for return, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All returns must be sent to our return address in Switzerland.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

In such cases:

  • We will issue a full refund
  • No return shipping costs will be charged to you

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 5 business days

Late Returns

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not accepted.

No exceptions or goodwill refunds are granted.
