Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship orders from Switzerland via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package details.

Shipping destinations

• Switzerland
• European countries (available destinations are shown at checkout)

If a country is not selectable at checkout, we currently do not ship to that destination.

Preorder notice

This product is offered as a preorder. Shipping is expected to start on 29 December 2025. Delivery may take up to 45 days from the order date (depending on destination and peak-season logistics).

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

• Switzerland: typically 2 business days
• EU / Europe: typically 4–7 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, carrier operations, or customs processes.

Customs, duties & import taxes (EU / international)

Orders shipped outside Switzerland are sent unpaid / uncustoms-cleared (Delivered Duties Unpaid). This means:

• The customer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and carrier handling charges charged by the destination country and/or shipping provider.
• These fees are not included in our product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• Depending on the destination and carrier process, fees may be billed before delivery or after delivery.

Failed delivery, refusal, or non-payment of import fees

If a shipment is returned to us because delivery failed (e.g., incorrect address), the order was refused, or import fees were not paid, the customer remains responsible for the resulting costs. In such cases:

• We will refund the order amount minus the actual return shipping costs charged to us, and
• a fixed €20 fee will be deducted as a lump-sum compensation for additional handling and expenses.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (where available).

No partial shipments

We do not offer partial shipments. Items within one order ship together.

Transfer of risk

The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details may be charged to the customer as described above.
